Two sets of stainless steel high purity nitrogen generators for pharmaceuticals industry
Our Solution
- We customized a nitrogen generator with output capacity of 20Nm³/h and purity of 99.99% and a nitrogen generator with output capacity of 300Nm³/h and purity of 99.9% according to the usage cases of customers.
- Customized pressure vessels are used and both units are made of 304 stainless steel.
- Adopt special-designed valve which supports 3 million times frequent switching without failure, ensuring the stable operation of the system
- Equipped with cylinder compression device, fully automatic control system and sound and light alarm device.
- The nitrogen generation record can be automatically saved so that the working status can easily be checked at anytime
- The system is fully automatic without the need of human inspection.
