We can provide 95%, 99%, 99.5%, 99.9%, 99.99%, up to 99.999% high purity nitrogen according to your application. Standard models from 3–5000 Nm³/h. Custom flow is also available
Can the purity be stable?
Yes, equipped with online purity analyzer, it can keep stable output and alarm automatically when purity is unqualified.
Does the nitrogen generator include air compressor?
Normally we supply nitrogen generator only. We can also provide complete solution including compressor, air dryer, filters and air tank.
How much power does it consume?
The main power consumption comes from the air compressor. Our PSA nitrogen generator itself uses very little electricity (only for control system).
How to reduce running cost?

Is it easy to install and operate?
Very easy. It is skid-mounted, plug-and-play. Only need to connect air pipe, power and nitrogen pipe.
