Micro-Heat Regeneration Adsorption Dryer

Our micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryers combines the advantages of pressure swing adsorption and temperature swing adsorption. The moisture adsorbed during the adsorption process can be completely removed during the regeneration process by the joint action of the thermal diffusion of the high-quality regeneration gas (heated by dry air) and the high-pressure difference.

Heatless Regeneration Adsorption Dryer

Our heatless regeneration adsorption dryer operates under the principle of pressure swing adsorption. When compressed air flows into dryer A, B filled with adsorbent, one of them will adsorb the moisture under working pressure, and the other do gas analysis under atmospheric pressure, the process will be controlled by PLC system to switch under certain time interval to make sure continuous operation.
