Project Requirements
- Need to use the oxygen generator to produce a large amount of oxygen to increase the heat created by natural gas from the flask furnace, so as to save natural gas usage to reduce costs
- Need customization of large-scale oxygen generator
- Completion as turnkey projects.
Our Solution
- We first confirmed the specific requirements with the customer, and went to customer's factory to inspect available area, layout and other related issue of the equipment setup, and made advice on the subsequent producing processes.
- We finalize the project details with our clients, and design out the manufacturing drawing for customer confirmation
- In the end, we provided the customer with VPSA oxygen generator with producing capacity of 750Nm³/h, purity of 92%, and delivered as turnkey project.
